Lanarkshire Ace members have been working with LDAS (Learning Disability Alliance Scotland) to look at what makes a good day in the lives of people with learning disabilities.
Lanarkshire Ace and LDAS have made a booklet which explains what kind of services and support people would like to have during the day.
Ross Thomson of Larkhall, who is also a PALS members, said "I really enjoyed making the pamphlet. When I went to a day centre I had to sit around a piano. Now I am fully involved in planning my own services."
Michael Docherty, of East Kilbride, said "Lots of day centres have had lots of money spent on them but all over they look the same. We wrote the pamphlet to shot a better way of providing support."
